I was born in the mountainous northern Balkans, a region shaped for centuries by shepherding and wool craftsmanship. My family's connection to natural fibres spans more than eight generations. Through the seasonal movement of large mountain flocks, each generation developed an instinctive understanding of wool, craftsmanship and the enduring value of quality materials. When my family settled in Switzerland during the 1970s, textiles and craftsmanship remained deeply woven into our everyday lives.
Today, as a custodian of the House, I carry our values forward through craftsmanship, material innovation and purposeful evolution. The continuity of these principles defines ALBERT NOBILIS, where tradition serves as the foundation for what comes next.
